Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash-Morgan, an actor who has been a part of the SSC's board since 2011, is the co-founding artistic director of the recently formed theater firm Speech of Fire. She served as Artistic director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 to the year 2019. She also served as a member of the SSC as producer, costume/set design composer/music director, and text-coach and as the Artistic Director. While she would usually be the leader of her ensembles Her first directorial role was as part of SSC King Lear. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. Her roles include various other television shows apart from acting. She was raised by her twin sisters and brothers in Walnut Creek, Stanford and by Richard F. Post's poetry lover wife Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her high school that she chose to attend. She participated as a cheerleader. She attended Pomona College for a short duration and was graduated at Lewis & Clark College, both located in Oregon. Her previous marriage was with Stephen Knox. From 1982, she's been married to actor and writer Michael A. Ross with who they have two children. Post has inspired numerous Hollywood actors since she's both a fantastic actress and an ideal mother and wife.
